Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship within the United States, but we are working on expanding to ship to other countries.

What shipping options are available?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail. Nixie is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. However, some items are made to order and take 1-2 weeks to manufacturer. If an item is made to order it will say so in the product description.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We don’t typically offer expedited shipping, but if you need your order asap, please email us and we’ll see what we can do!

My package says delivered but it's MIA...

Unfortunately...shit happens and packages sometimes get lost. After double checking that is no where to be found around your home, please report your lost or stolen package within 7 days to your local post office.

Aaand if you're still having a hard time, you can reach out to us at nicole@nixieincolor.com. We will do what we can to help you, but once an order leaves the Nixie studio, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We typically do not accept returns or exchanges, however, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. Please reach out to nicole@nixieincolor.com with any concerns or questions and we'll do what we can to resolve the issue.


Do you offer custom products?

Short answer is sometimes, yes; sometimes, no. We don't typically offer customizations to products, however if you're just DYING for a certain color-way or design, feel free to reach out to nicole@nixieincolor.com and we'll see what we can do! You never know till you ask!

Do you sell wholesale?

Oh yes, we do! You can shop our wholesale line and place orders via Faire. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to nicole@nixieincolor.com

Do you do collaborations with other brands?

Yes! We love to create custom designs and collab with other like-minded brands. If you are looking to bring some color and whimsy to your biz, feel free to reach out to nicole@nixieincolor.com. Be sure to include all the juicy deets about your dream project and how you envision working together!
